Daybook is software for recording and arranging pet care. Providers on Daybook are independent businesses — Daybook is not the provider, and care arrangements are between you and them.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in to yourself. Keep your records honest: visit reports and reviews exist because they can be trusted.
Pet parents never pay Daybook. Providers pay the subscription price published on the pricing page, and a one-time match fee when the marketplace brings them a brand-new client's first booking — never on direct or existing clients. Prices may change with notice; nothing changes retroactively.
Sent visit reports are immutable snapshots — that's what makes them worth trusting. Pet records belong to the pet's family and remain portable.
Daybook provides the software "as is" and isn't liable for the acts of providers or clients you connect with. Verify credentials and meet before you book — the product is built to make exactly that easy.
